I started Jaybie Ops to give small business owners the kind of back-office support that’s usually only available to bigger companies.

I studied accounting at Monash University and spent two years in practice before moving into retail operations, where I’ve worked for the past ten years.

Over that time, I’ve worked in and alongside small businesses to build the systems behind the numbers: how costs are recorded, how accounts are reconciled, and how founders get clear reporting on how their business is actually performing. Whether it’s stock across stores or costs across job sites, the principle is the same: know where every dollar is going, and make it easy to see.

The goal has always been to take the financial admin off the owner’s plate, so they have more space to grow the business and do the work they’re good at.

Jaybie Ops brings that experience to small businesses that need solid back-office support but don’t need, or can’t justify, a full-time hire. You get someone who understands both the accounts and the day-to-day reality of running a business.
